Hervé Schall is a highly experienced treasury leader and interim executive with more than 25 years of expertise in corporate treasury, banking, and financial markets. He supports CFOs and executive teams in managing and transforming Group Treasury functions, particularly during transition phases, restructuring, or strategic financing initiatives.

Hervé brings extensive leadership experience as Global Head of Group Treasury at SaarGummi Group and previously held senior treasury and markets roles at Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. Throughout his career, he has managed complex liquidity, foreign exchange, and interest rate risk portfolios while leading treasury organizations operating across multiple countries and currencies.

As an interim consultant, he quickly integrates into organizations to stabilize treasury operations, implement efficient governance frameworks, optimize financing strategies, and strengthen financial risk management. His approach combines strategic vision with hands-on operational execution, enabling companies to enhance liquidity management, improve treasury processes, and support sound financial decision-making.

HP Fekter is a highly experienced interim treasury executive specializing in the setup, transformation and optimization of corporate treasury functions. With extensive experience in international environments, he supports CFOs and finance teams in managing complex treasury projects, particularly in private equity driven carve-outs, spin-offs and corporate restructuring situations.

Throughout his career, HP has repeatedly led the selection, implementation and customization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and introduced professional treasury structures including liquidity planning, cash pooling and financial risk management frameworks.

He has supported numerous international organizations and major corporate groups in establishing efficient treasury departments, optimizing banking structures and implementing robust treasury processes. His expertise combines deep operational treasury know-how with pragmatic project execution, enabling companies to rapidly professionalize their treasury function and strengthen financial governance.
