UBS and Credit Suisse – Software Partner Day 2023

On November 16, UBS and CS held the Software Partner Day with a focus on products, channels, tools, documentation, and support. The goal was to receive feedback, wishes, and ideas from software partners so that they can successfully implement the integration together.

In one of the keynote presentations, Lars Schor, UBS Switzerland AG Stream Product Lead, Pay & Manage Liquidity, mentioned that the integration of Credit Suisse will be a central topic in 2024. UBS and Credit Suisse will continue to operate separately in Switzerland while preparing for legal merger (planned in 2024), the Credit Suisse brand in Switzerland will remain for the time being, and client migration is expected to be completed in 2025.

Auf dem Markt für Treasury-Software sind Fusionen und Übernahmen die Regel: Lucanet hat sich am Zahlungsanbieter Ementexx beteiligt, Nomentia und Tipco sind zusammen. Bellin wurde vom US-Anbieter Coupa übernommen, heute im Eigentum von ThomaBravo (Tomato News von Januar 2023)

Nach einer nicht repräsentativen Umfrage bei 55 Treasurern zeigt DerTresurer auf, dass inzwischen circa 50 der Befragten ein Treasury-Management-System nutzen. Acht der Befragten wollen in den nächsten zwölf Monaten ihr TMS wechseln. Der SAP Trend entspricht dem der letzten Jahre. Auch in 2022 hatte SAP das Treasurer-Panel angeführt.

Für uns von Tomato ist SAP das einzige ERP für Unternehmen, die auch den Zahlungsverkehr in dieselbe Plattform integrieren können.

Henry Kissinger (100), American diplomat, political scientist, geopolitical consultant, and politician who served as US Secretary of State and as national security advisor under Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, has recently turned 100 and is as sharp as ever.
